ALUKA Premium Properties is a property management company created for the effective administration of sales, rents and maintenance in villas, houses, apartments and condominiums.
Our company was created by a team of professionals in Administration, Tourism and Business, with many years of experience in the real estate market; with the purpose of providing a service of superior quality to that currently offered in the management area of exclusive properties in the Dominican Republic.
ALUKA Premium Properties was founded by investors who have more than 13 years of experience working in the administration of rental and real estate companies on the north coast of the Dominican Republic, and who decided to start their own business to provide a more exclusive, personal and honest service to the client.
Our office is located in Cabarete and we offer service in: Cabarete, Sosúa and surrounding areas.
We have a team of professionals, years of experience and a strong commitment to ensure that the owners do not have any concerns once their property is placed under our management.
